* You CAN order above the maximum size listed in each item's description, but when you do that means you will be receiving more than one piece to fill your order. I will do my best to give you a matched set for easy cooking.

* ALL PORK will be sold with the SKIN ON unless you specify otherwise.
* The Prices displayed below are the costs of the deposit, the $/lb for each item is listed in its description.
